Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 / Hour

What you will do

• Manage the employee relations email inbox and telephone hotline.
• Triage employee requests and escalate concerns to senior management.
• Process unemployment responses and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Assist in investigation audits and HR mail processing.
• Maintain a repository of essential HR forms, handbooks, and policies.
• Respond to standard employee record requests while ensuring confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (specifically TX, CA, GA, or NY).
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• 0-3 years of professional HR experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Nice to have

• HR Certification (HRCI or SHRM).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, specifically UKG.
