What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for HR systems, specifically UKG and Lattice.
  • Coordinate HR technology enhancements, implementations, and process improvements through testing and documentation.
  • Administer performance review cycles in Lattice, managing launches, communications, and compliance.
  • Develop ad hoc HR reports, alerts, and metrics using People Analytics and Excel.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across all HR platforms.
  • Create and maintain user guides and SharePoint content to promote a self-service culture.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS support, or HR technology.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience working with complex HR data and reports.
  • Experience with UKG and/or Lattice platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
