Supply Chain Logistics Jr. Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Mexico City General Office, with responsibilities covering CDMX and Guadalajara

What you will do

• Act as the customer supply chain leader for assigned customers.
• Build relationships with Sales, Customer Business Development, customer decision-makers, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Analyze customer logistics requirements, capabilities, market demands, and emerging needs.
• Develop and execute Joint Value Creation supply chain and logistics plans.
• Improve product availability, inventory management, logistics efficiency, cost, cash flow, and end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Monitor customer service KPIs, including Case Fill Rate, distribution center inventory, order quality, store service levels, and EDI compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or recent graduation in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and customer service knowledge.
• Data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and visualization.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, customer supply chain platforms, EDI, order management, and distribution center processes.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• This is an entry-level opportunity; previous professional experience is not required.

Nice to have

• Experience from internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities in supply chain, logistics, customer service, sales, or operations.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Joint Value Creation, collaborative planning, or customer supply chain initiatives.
• Advanced English proficiency.
