Inventory Control Specialist | Master Data

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; hybrid

What you will do

• Build and maintain inventory part data lists, pricing rules, configurations, cross-reference details, and related system data.
• Audit inventory and pricing data, automated rules, margin levels, and processes for system integrity and governance compliance.
• Communicate vendor pricing programs, product changes, end-of-life updates, price increases, and process changes to materials, product, sales, and support operations teams.
• Test system configurations, troubleshoot inventory and pricing issues, and identify required data updates, defects, or enhancements.
• Maintain documentation and provide analytical data for business reviews and performance reports.
• Support new vendor and supplier program setup, mass data loads, and training for other operations team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Foundational knowledge of specialized disciplines, industry practices, and standards.
• Ability to work independently, apply judgment, and develop solutions using established approaches.
• Ability to collaborate with management and department team members.
