What you will do
- Analyze customer forecasts and trends using Manufacturing Resource Planning concepts to support planning and purchasing decisions.
- Prepare forecast models and assess forecast feasibility with customers, suppliers, sales, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage inventory levels and aging, customer backlogs, portals, and related operational modules.
- Set up and maintain customer programs, including part profiles, new parts, end-of-life transitions, and model changes.
- Collaborate and negotiate with suppliers on channel policies and supply chain process improvements.
- Align supplier and company objectives to improve profitability, sales enablement, and partner satisfaction.
Requirements
- Typically 3+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and job skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the principles, theories, practices, and standards in the relevant discipline.
- Ability to develop solutions, evaluate alternatives, and exercise independent judgment.
- Ability to collaborate with management, team members, customers, suppliers, and other organizational functions.
