Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop, own, and execute the overall GTM enablement strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  • Architect comprehensive programs for onboarding, continuous learning, and product enablement across all GTM roles.
  • Identify capability gaps by triangulating data from CRM analytics, conversation intelligence (Gong), and field feedback.
  • Drive AI-driven transformation by identifying and implementing high-leverage use cases like AI roleplay and generative content workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product updates and value propositions into field-ready messaging and plays.
  • Equip first-line managers with coaching and inspection frameworks to reinforce enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of GTM Enablement experience in a SaaS environment, including time at the Director/Head level.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Demonstrated record of deploying AI tools and driving AI adoption as a change-management initiative.
  • Expertise in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Value Selling.
  • Advanced proficiency in diagnosing GTM capability gaps and using Salesforce.com.
  • Seniority and credibility to influence GTM leaders and drive change without formal authority.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in a GTM role.
  • Experience developing first-line manager coaching and inspection programs.
