What you will do

• Coordinate account activities across internal and external stakeholder groups for global enterprise customers.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, sales performance, and product transitions.
• Support the development of regional and global customer strategies and account planning activities.
• Lead projects related to large bids, proposals, and high-value commercial opportunities.
• Perform pricing simulations and prepare pricing requests for senior management review.
• Support contract negotiations and manage ongoing commercial contracts.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in sales coordination or sales project management.
• Experience in the tech enterprise market with knowledge of Unified Communications and Contact Centre technologies.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Lowell, Massachusetts.
• Advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
• Fluent English (both oral and written).
• Proficiency with MS365 and experience working with CRM systems.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in languages other than English.
• Documented knowledge and usage of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
