Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance available.

Salary: $239,000 – $265,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and evolve the global partner program framework, including partnership tiers, competencies, benefits, and incentives.
• Define differentiated partner value propositions for GSIs, advisory firms, resellers, ISVs, and cloud providers.
• Develop strategic partner incentives and growth frameworks, such as co-sell motions and certification programs.
• Create scalable partner enablement and training strategies to build technical and sales capabilities.
• Partner with GTM leadership to define program KPIs, success metrics, and strategic objectives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partner strategy, alliances, or GTM strategy at a high-growth technology company.
• Deep understanding of global partner ecosystems, including GSIs and hyperscalers.
• Proven experience designing and scaling partner program frameworks and lifecycle models.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, or AI ecosystem business models.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco.
