What you will do

• Drive global rollout of GTM initiatives and build scalable programs adapted for local markets.
• Define and build repeatable operating playbooks for launches, vertical programs, and operational changes.
• Own and run end-to-end GTM programs, aligning Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Orchestrate alignment across Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams.
• Create AI-native workflows and high-quality field content, including playbooks and e-learning pathways.
• Track adoption of new motions and iterate programs based on GTM performance data.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Programs, Sales Ops, Enablement, or Sales Leadership.
• Experience operating in high-growth SaaS or platform environments with complex GTM motions.
• Strong executive presence and ability to earn trust with senior GTM leaders.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional GTM rollouts and change management.
• Strong technical and product instincts to translate product changes into field-ready motions.
• Fluency in pipeline mechanics and data-driven decision-making.

• Direct experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience facilitating trainings, workshops, or field enablement sessions.
• Experience using AI tools to improve GTM productivity or operational processes.
