Salary: $120,000 – $155,000 base salary

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end enablement strategy for Channel, Alliances, and GSI partners, including program design and content development.
- Manage and evolve the GTM new hire onboarding program, tracking performance metrics and ramp targets.
- Maintain and update sales playbooks as living documents to reflect product capabilities and competitive positioning.
- Utilize AI tools daily to accelerate content creation, streamline program management, and build lightweight automations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Solutions Consulting, Channel) to extract knowledge for partner-ready materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in revenue or partner enablement, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-native organizations.
- Proven experience enabling external channel and alliance partners.
- High AI fluency, with a track record of using AI productivity tools to accelerate work output.
- Familiarity with LMS/PRM platforms and sales methodologies like MEDDPPICC or Command of the Message.
- Strong program management skills and a data-oriented approach to tracking onboarding and readiness metrics.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools via terminal to build lightweight apps or automations.
