Salary: Base $225,000 – $237,500, OTE $450,000 – $475,000+

What you will do
- Define and execute regional sales strategies and tactical game plans in collaboration with Americas Sales Leadership and RevOps.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on continuous customer satisfaction.
- Engage directly with customers and partners to identify and close strategic opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence through accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and funnel conversion tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop tailored solution content for the regional market.
- Act as a primary ambassador for the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) model to ensure consistent client communication.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US West region.
- 8+ years of overall sales experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS software sales teams within a direct-sales model.
- Proven experience leading teams of 5+ account managers and generating $35M+ in new and renewal bookings.
- Measurable experience working with resellers, integrators, distributors, and MSPs/MDRs.
- Strong executive communication skills to interact with confidence and credibility at all levels.
