Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: 180,000 – 224,250 USD annually

What you will do
- Establish a strategic commercial desk operating model centered on value-based selling and consistent deal review standards.
- Define and enforce global pricing guardrails, discount thresholds, and approval frameworks.
- Standardize licensing practices and governance to eliminate ad hoc licensing behaviors.
- Optimize deal velocity and forecast accuracy by improving deal structuring and removing friction in CPQ/SFDC workflows.
- Act as the central coordination point between Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to align on commercial policies.
- Analyze systemic friction points and feed commercial insights back into GTM strategy and product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Pricing, or Commercial Operations.
- 5-8 years of experience in a people leadership role.
- Experience in SaaS / subscription-based business models.
- Strong understanding of CPQ systems and revenue recognition principles.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in a global organization.
- Must be based in the United States.
