What you will do

• Lead the development and business unit-wide implementation of the Solar Quality Program to ensure alignment with strategy and regulatory standards.
• Establish clear ownership and measurable performance standards for quality across all functional areas within the Solar business unit.
• Monitor industry quality trends and emerging best practices in utility-scale solar execution.
• Define systems for tracking Quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with the Director of Quality to support strategic growth, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
• Recruit, develop, and manage the performance of Quality Systems Analysts, Data Analysts, and Specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, quality management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 or more years of experience in construction and quality management.
• 3 or more years of previous leadership experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in Avon, MN.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Arc GIS experience.
