Salary: $100,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Lead and manage Tech Support and Production Operations teams, providing ongoing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
• Coordinate training and certification processes for staff and machine operators to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Oversee production mechanics to maintain constant workflow and ensure timely equipment repairs.
• Utilize technician tracking systems to monitor performance and implement productivity and quality improvements.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules in collaboration with senior leadership and vendors.
• Manage department budgets, labor costs, overtime, and optimize parts inventory levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in production operations or manufacturing, including 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills for troubleshooting equipment problems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio).
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in South Windsor, CT.

Nice to have

• Experience with electrical/mechanical and electronics repair.
