Location: Hybrid (Overland Park, KS; Ann Arbor, MI; Cary, NC; Jacksonville, FL). No visa sponsorship available.

What you will do
- Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians for Solar + BESS projects.
- Manage engineering design execution, including material and construction specifications for EPC projects.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and correspondence with clients and project management.
- Support business development, client interactions, and the proposal process.
- Conduct research for equipment recommendations and perform complex engineering calculations.
- Mentor engineering professionals and review lower-level technical assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in design of solar PV and/or BESS facilities.
- Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screens.
- No visa sponsorship available.
Nice to have
- P.E. License.
- Working knowledge of civil and electrical engineering related to Solar and BESS.
- Experience with Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and Front End Engineering Design (FEED).
- Knowledge of project development, siting, permitting, and feasibility studies.
