What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians for Solar + BESS projects.
• Manage engineering design execution, including material and construction specifications for EPC projects.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and correspondence with clients and project management.
• Support business development, client interactions, and the proposal process.
• Conduct research for equipment recommendations and perform complex engineering calculations.
• Mentor engineering professionals and review lower-level technical assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in design of solar PV and/or BESS facilities.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screens.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• P.E. License.
• Working knowledge of civil and electrical engineering related to Solar and BESS.
• Experience with Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and Front End Engineering Design (FEED).
• Knowledge of project development, siting, permitting, and feasibility studies.
