What you will do

• Prepare complex engineering deliverables for multiple or mega projects.
• Lead large multi-discipline production teams to meet project deliverables for Solar + BESS.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Conduct research for equipment and material recommendations and perform complex calculations.
• Manage client interfaces, identify key drivers, and provide proposal support.
• Mentor engineering professionals and review lower-level engineering work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Working knowledge of civil and electrical engineering related to Solar and BESS.
• Experience in design of solar PV/BESS facilities and layout optimization.
• Ability to travel to client sites.

Nice to have

• P.E. License.
• Knowledge of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and their impact on design.
• Experience with Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and energy production estimates.
