What you will do

• Design and execute retail layouts, planograms, and product displays for permanent stores and pop-ups across North America.
• Manage the end-to-end logistics of VM products, including cross-border customs, freight, and store receiving.
• Conduct regular in-store audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and VM guidelines.
• Coach and guide in-store Visual Leads to maintain consistent visual execution across the network.
• Forecast and plan display and sample needs, managing orders directly with manufacturers.
• Oversee the VM budget and partner with Supply Chain and Product teams on assortment strategies.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably in furniture or premium DTC brands.
• Proven track record in managing cross-border logistics.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel 25–30% of the time for quarterly store visits.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and coach staff without direct reporting authority.
