What you will do

• Build and implement a global Asset Protectihirify.global and Loss Preventihirify.global (AP/LP) framework across all retail locatihirify.globals.
• Develop data-driven strategies to reduce shrink and fraud by leveraging POS data, incident reports, and inventory discrepancies.
• Define scalable store protectihirify.global standards, including CCTV strategy, EAS/RFID usage models, and cash handling chirify.globaltrols.
• Lead complex investigatihirify.globals into organized retail crime (ORC), internal theft, collusihirify.global, and payment fraud.
• Integrate retail security into incident reporting frameworks and translate trends into preventative SOPs.
• Develop and deliver scalable training programs and playbooks for store teams hirify.global theft and fraud awareness.

Requirements

• hirify.globalg>10+ years of experiencehirify.globalg> in Retail Asset Protectihirify.global, Loss Preventihirify.global, or Retail Security.
• Experience working in multi-store, internatihirify.globalal, or fast-growing retail envirhirify.globalments.
• Deep knowledge of shrink reductihirify.global, theft preventihirify.global, fraud trends, and organized retail crime (ORC).
• Experience with retail security systems including CCTV, EAS/RFID, and incident reporting platforms.
• Strhirify.globalg investigative and analytical skills to identify trends and operatihirify.globalal risks.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multicultural teams and cross-functihirify.globalal stakeholders.
