• Provide oversight and management of real estate service delivery for clients.
• Manage and negotiate advanced transactions, including renewals, site selection, and LOI terms.
• Lead high-profile transactions with minimal supervision.
• Monitor team workload and provide guidance to new team members.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and report on client deliverables while ensuring high customer service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must obtain and hold a state real estate license.
• Advanced understanding of lease language, CAM reconciliations, insurance, and real estate taxes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and pro forma modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
