What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for merchandise flow activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
• Design, implement, and sustain merch flow programs and seasonal strategies.
• Lead annual offsite strategy, focusing on fiscal responsibility and operational efficiencies.
• Oversee offsite storage, remote stockroom, and fleet vehicle programs.
• Develop field leadership capability through training and coaching.
• Act as a liaison between Stores, Transportation, and other departments to ensure coordinated product flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• 5–7 years of specialty retail and/or store operations experience preferred.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of merchandise flow, store capacity, and logistics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
• Ability to travel approximately 12–20 days per quarter as needed.
