What you will do

• Manage multiple design projects independently and collaboratively across various budgets and scales.
• Develop and execute high-quality client presentations following hirify.global guidelines and standards.
• Network and support client interactions at in-store events and industry shows such as Architectural Digest.
• Mentor Design Consultants on project execution and the presentation of layouts.
• Perform house calls and oversee the interior installation process.
• Achieve sales goals through the delivery of individual and collaborative design projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design or equivalent qualification.
• 2–4 years of professional interior design experience.
• Proven experience conducting house calls and managing interior installations.
• Portfolio of finished projects available for review.
• Strong proficiency in space planning, rendering, and color theory.
• Excellent communication, project estimation, and time management skills.
