Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end logistics planning and execution for a portfolio of virtual, in-person, and hybrid events.
• Establish and maintain scalable logistics systems, processes, and best practices for event operations.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact on-site, managing vendors, staff, and day-of logistics.
• Negotiate partner contracts and manage vendor relationships across venues, catering, A/V, and transportation.
• Manage overall logistics budgets, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
• Lead cross-departmental planning meetings to ensure operational alignment and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in live event logistics, operations, or event management.
• Must reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WA.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical understanding of event production, vendor management, and budget oversight.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends as needed.
