What you will do

• Manage end-to-end localization projects for product, marketing, and support content.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on localization requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate localization readiness for international launches and surface potential risks.
• Triage localization bugs and feedback in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and the management of linguistic assets.

Requirements

• Must live within commuting distance of Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York City.
• 2–4 years of experience in localization or content operations project management.
• Proficiency with TMS platforms such as Smartling or Phrase.
• Professional working proficiency in at least one additional language beyond English.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Experience collaborating in a tech or high-growth marketplace environment.
