What you will do

• Lead extended operations teams throughout all product lifecycle phases, from R&D and New Product Introduction (NPI) to end-of-life.
• Partner with product engineering, capacity planning, and test engineering to improve yield, cost, and supply assurance.
• Define and execute global supply chain strategies aligned with business commitments and customer needs.
• Drive contract manufacturers to meet output plans by resolving capacity, yield, and Clear to Build (CTB) constraints.
• Manage safety stock strategies and collaborate with Global Commodity Management to mitigate supply disruptions.
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs and lead mitigation strategies to minimize customer impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management within a global, multi-site environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in supply planning, manufacturing operations, and supplier management.
• Experience supporting new product introduction and collaborating with product engineering teams.
• Working knowledge of telecommunications technologies and hardware-based product lifecycles.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional and virtual teams without direct authority.

• MBA or an advanced degree.
• Experience working with outsourced manufacturing and global contract manufacturers.
• Exposure to cost modeling, inventory optimization, and material liability management.
• Experience navigating supply chain disruptions and complex global logistics.
