What you will do

• Analyze service-parts usage, repair activity, and inventory movement to support planning decisions.
• Review aged and slow-moving inventory and prepare recommendations for scrap or disposition.
• Monitor and reconcile service inventory transactions including repairs and scrap.
• Participate in cycle counts, variance analysis, and corrective-action activities.
• Review Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and assess impact to service inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with global service locations and depots across time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in service inventory control, service parts planning, or aftermarket operations.
• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards and/or Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support global service operations across time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data analytics in Power BI.
• Experience using AI tools for data analysis.
• In-depth understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
