What you will do

• Develop regional sourcing plans for Global Components focusing on cost, quality, delivery, and risk.
• Lead RFx processes, supplier evaluation, and vendor selection to support strategic sourcing decisions.
• Conduct regional market analysis to translate cost data into practical business recommendations.
• Negotiate and implement commercial agreements with regional suppliers while balancing risk and value.
• Perform supplier audits, compliance checks, and Modern Slavery reviews.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to align regional priorities.

Requirements

• Around 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement.
• Background in heavy engineering, manufacturing, mining, resources, or industrial products.
• Experience working within multinational or complex regional business environments.
• Proven track record in leading RFx processes and commercial negotiations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, P2P, and B2B procurement tools.
• Legal right to live and work in Canada.
