What you will do

• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and develop detailed relationship management plans.
• Negotiate and execute corporate preferred supplier agreements, including volume rebates, co-op funds, and terms and conditions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans in collaboration with executives, field sales, and marketing teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with company standards, resolving any performance issues.
• Utilize CRM and sales planning tools to identify target accounts, markets, and sales goals.
• Coordinate executive "top-to-top" meetings and business planning sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in contract negotiations.
• 5+ years of experience in supplier management.
• 5+ years of experience in staff management.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
