What you will do
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for engineering, software, manufacturing, and operations roles.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche boards.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and build strategic hiring plans.
- Travel 5-40% annually to support on-site hiring, community engagement, and early career initiatives.
- Manage applicant flow and track key hiring metrics through the ATS.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing on employer branding campaigns focused on veterans and alumni.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or robotics.
- Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence (no sponsorship allowed).
- Strong track record of filling hard-to-source technical roles.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Ability to travel approximately 5-40% annually.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting within regulated industries (DoD, drone tech).
- Familiarity with government contracting and ITAR compliance.
- Knowledge of security clearance basics.
- Understanding of Agile or fast-paced product development teams.
