What you will do

• Lead the development and optimization of digital capabilities, core products, and vertical user journeys.
• Translate complex organizational and socioemotional user needs into clear product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal employees across all levels and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Balance analytical rigor with human-centered thinking to ensure the usability and viability of digital experiences.
• Manage product decisions while considering downstream impacts on patients, care teams, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas (TX), USA.
• 5+ years of domain expertise in IT application/data analysis, clinical workflow optimization, or marketing technology.
• 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Program Manager, or Project Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain Epic certification within 6 months of employment.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, ADO, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or Confluence.
