What you will do
- Develop and maintain standardized courseware templates, development workflows, and production guidelines.
- Create and enforce quality assurance checklists and review processes for instructional design and media development.
- Define best practices for learning objectives, assessments, and content structure to ensure pedagogical integrity.
- Research and implement emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to modernize the learner experience.
- Partner with courseware development pods to embed standards and innovation into daily workflows.
- Monitor industry trends, learner feedback, and performance data to refine standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, or HCI.
- 8–12 years of experience in L&D/courseware, with 3–5 years specifically leading standards, templates, or workflows.
- Strong proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
- Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Rise) and asset tools (Adobe CC, Figma).
- Knowledge of LMS packaging and compliance (SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI) and accessibility standards (WCAG).
