What you will do

• Develop and maintain standardized courseware templates, development workflows, and production guidelines.
• Create and enforce quality assurance checklists and review processes for instructional design and media development.
• Define best practices for learning objectives, assessments, and content structure to ensure pedagogical integrity.
• Research and implement emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to modernize the learner experience.
• Partner with courseware development pods to embed standards and innovation into daily workflows.
• Monitor industry trends, learner feedback, and performance data to refine standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, or HCI.
• 8–12 years of experience in L&D/courseware, with 3–5 years specifically leading standards, templates, or workflows.
• Strong proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Rise) and asset tools (Adobe CC, Figma).
• Knowledge of LMS packaging and compliance (SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI) and accessibility standards (WCAG).
