Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Remote

Annual base salary: $130,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Partner with management across assigned business units on employee relations and people initiatives.
• Support talent acquisition, talent management, learning and leadership development, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Recommend and administer HR policies, employee communications, retention programs, selection processes, and performance reviews.
• Analyze workforce trends, conduct exit interviews, and translate findings into solutions, programs, and policies.
• Guide managers and employees through coaching, career development, disciplinary actions, documentation, FMLA, and other leaves of absence.
• Monitor HR programs and ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business with an HR emphasis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience, typically including 2+ years at AVP level or an equivalent external level.
• Significant experience across recruitment, job classification, benefits, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
• Experience partnering with an HR Center of Excellence to deliver business-focused initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of personnel policies, employment practices, and federal and state labor laws.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, strategic-thinking, and confidential-information-handling skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

• SHRM or SPHR certification.
