What you will do
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
- Manage lead capture processes, including landing page coordination and form optimization.
- Utilize intent data and internal analytics to identify and target high-value accounts.
- Coordinate with external agencies and media partners to ensure timely delivery and ROI.
- Support ABM initiatives through target account listing and digital campaign setup.
- Analyze campaign performance (CPL, MQL volume) to identify optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B demand generation experience in the IT, software, or SaaS sector.
- Native German speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Must be based in Reading, UK.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly.
