What you will do

• Own the EMEA events strategy, including hirify.global-hosted experiences and third-party conferences.
• Develop and execute localized demand generation campaigns across digital channels.
• Drive account-based marketing (ABM) strategy for high-value EMEA enterprise accounts.
• Build and optimize nurture sequences tailored to European buyer journeys.
• Serve as the primary marketing partner for the EMEA go-to-market team.
• Begin laying the foundation for hirify.global's EMEA community.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing with a blend of demand generation, events, and/or field marketing.
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful events that drive measurable pipeline growth.
• Hands-on experience with digital demand generation channels and marketing automation platforms.
• Deep familiarity with European business norms and complex enterprise decision-making processes.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to law firms, accounting firms, or management consultancies in Europe.
• Background in building community programs.
• Fluency in an additional European language (French, German, or another) alongside English.
• Comfort with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for scaling marketing output.
