What you will do

• Plan and execute outbound B2B marketing campaigns to acquire new strategic partners.
• Design and own partner enablement programs, including email nurture journeys and training events.
• Manage and optimize the partner marketing budget to maximize measurable ROI.
• Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, from content creation to performance reporting.
• Utilize AI tools to create scalable content and repeatable execution templates.
• Collaborate with the Partnerships team to align on growth targets and pipeline generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a partner marketing or channel role.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving pipeline, referrals, or revenue.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating spend to drive outcomes.
• Confidence in running multi-channel campaigns including email, events, and webinars.
