What you will do

• Lead holistic, human-centered design strategy for the hirify.global Research & Development business unit.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to take complex identity products from concept to launch.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops to define opportunities and solve valuable customer problems.
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for design thinking and UX standards across the organization.
• Drive cohesive user experiences across a portfolio of enterprise products and services.
• Integrate AI tools into the design process to iterate on solutions and improve prototyping efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
• Portfolio required showcasing shipped B2B or enterprise products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience leading cross-discipline teams and mentoring designers.
• Ability to distill complex technical problems into simple, elegant conceptual models.

Nice to have

• Experience incorporating AI into design workflows and documenting prompts.
• Strong systems-thinking lens applied to enterprise software.
• Background in identity management or security-focused products.
