What you will do

• Spearhead event and tradeshow planning for the US Government business unit from inception to completion.
• Manage relationships with clients, internal teams, venues, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Develop and execute event strategies to drive brand awareness and contact acquisition.
• Create and deliver reports on attendee numbers, campaign results, and event ROI using Salesforce.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams on-site during marquee defense and intelligence events.
• Oversee budget management, invoice processing, and project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing trade show events or conferences.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee) due to ITAR/Export Control laws.
• Experience managing events within a highly regulated environment.
• Strong project management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
