What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and internal meetings.
• Coordinate logistics, branding, vendors, venues, registration, and onsite execution.
• Manage event budgets, contract negotiations, and post-event reconciliations to optimize costs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and BDE teams to align event planning with business goals.
• Execute virtual and hybrid events, leveraging technology to maximize audience engagement.
• Track key event metrics and conduct post-event analysis to optimize future strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate event planning, preferably in B2B tech or fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience managing the full event lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Strong knowledge of event logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, Canva, Asana, and virtual event software.
• Ability to travel up to 35% for onsite event execution.
• Must be based in the United States (East, Central, or West regions).
