Salary: 109,600 - 137,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs that align with strategic organizational goals.
• Drive the successful execution of complex programs by partnering with engineering, product, and business teams.
• Manage complex workstreams, resolve blockers, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Implement best practices and streamline execution frameworks to increase delivery transparency.
• Mentor junior TPMs and project managers to cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data and program metrics to monitor progress and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program management experience in SaaS, cloud, or WebOps environments.
• Experience leading security or compliance programs.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA or Asana.
• Must be based in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong ability to communicate risks and recommendations to senior executives and technical audiences.
