What you will do

• Manage multiple small to medium implementation projects for K12, Corporate, and Higher Education clients.
• Translate client requirements into operational plans and technical configurations.
• Design, configure, and deploy integration solutions between hirify.global products and enterprise systems (SIS, HR systems).
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and lead matrixed virtual teams.
• Utilize AI project management tools to enhance scheduling accuracy and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or implementation consulting for software/web solutions.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Expertise in systems integration and business modeling.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills for managing technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification, such as PMP or CAPM.
