What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers and automation specialists.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI-agent-driven QA workflows and autonomous testing systems.
• Integrate LLM-based tooling into CI/CD pipelines to improve release confidence and defect detection.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define quality standards, SLAs, and risk assessments.
• Drive the transition from traditional QA practices to AI-driven quality engineering.
• Contribute hands-on to automation architecture, tooling, and technical problem solving.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in QA engineering with deep expertise in automation.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical QA or engineering teams.
• Proven experience building AI-driven or agentic quality systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience with cloud-based CI/CD systems and modern DevOps practices.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous test generation or AI-assisted test maintenance.
• Deep understanding of challenges in testing AI systems, such as non-determinism and hallucinations.
