What you will do

• Lead testing strategy for integrations between HR and applicant tracking systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for API, UI, and data validation.
• Perform end-to-end manual testing for complex business workflows and data synchronization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and implementation teams to define test requirements.
• Establish and enforce QA best practices and processes.
• Mentor and guide other QA engineers in automation design and quality standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years focused on system integrations and API testing.
• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, SoapUI) and test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or Java) for test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
• Must be able to work effectively in a remote-first, distributed team environment.
