What you will do

  • Lead the enterprise shift to AI-native quality engineering, implementing automation-first strategies and agentic test generation.
  • Establish and manage an AI Quality Engineering Center of Excellence to standardize tooling and adoption frameworks.
  • Drive the release model toward continuous deployment by embedding CI/CD quality gates and release confidence scoring.
  • Own quality strategy across the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, and production performance.
  • Develop carrier-profile-driven coverage models using production data and NPS insights to prioritize test investment.
  • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of platform engineers, SDETs, and QA specialists.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in senior engineering, SDET leadership, or digital transformation roles.
  • 5+ years of experience leading managers and Staff-level engineers.
  • Proven success in building Quality Engineering Centers of Excellence and enterprise automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of AI-native quality engineering, including LLM, RAG, and agentic workflow validation.
  • Experience with ACH, payment processing, or insurance industry workflows is preferred.
