What you will do

• Lead testing strategy for HR and ATS integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for API, UI, and data validation across multiple systems.
• Perform end-to-end manual testing for complex business workflows and data synchronization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration test requirements and identify risks.
• Establish and enforce QA best practices, including test case management and defect triage.
• Mentor QA engineers and contribute to overall QA strategy and process evolution.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software QA, with 3+ years focused on system integrations and API testing.
• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) and automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or Java) for test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and experience in a remote-first environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
