QA Automation Lead (Data Intelligence)

What you will do

• Design, scale, and maintain robust automation frameworks for complex SaaS and distributed data architectures.
• Embed automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins to ensure rapid feedback loops.
• Drive advanced testing topologies, including deep integration, API, performance, resilience, and data-integrity automation.
• Act as the technical authority for the QA automation squad, establishing code standards and conducting rigorous reviews.
• Manage final quality sign-off for platform releases and collaborate with Product and DevOps to map automation strategies.
• Pioneer the use of modern AI tools to accelerate test case generation and predict defect hot-spots.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior SDET or QA Automation Lead testing enterprise SaaS, distributed systems, or big data engines.
• Deep expertise in Java, Python, or Go and frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Mandatory exceptional SQL skills and API testing expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• English: C1 level (exceptional verbal and written communication skills) required.
• Location: Must be based in Europe.
