Salary: $90,000–$120,000/year.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain sales enablement content including pitch decks, playbooks, and case studies in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Manage a centralized sales content library to ensure materials are organized and accessible.
  • Design curriculum and learning pathways using Articulate 360, including e-learning and instructor-led training.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct industry and competitor analysis to inform content strategy and messaging.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.A.
  • Strong ability to create persuasive content for sales and learning environments.
  • Expertise in curriculum design and e-learning creation.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) is required.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, CMS, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience with Highspot sales enablement platform.
