What you will do

• Develop and execute a content strategy and editorial calendar for educational resources on SupplierWiki.
• Translate complex retail and supply chain topics into engaging, long-form educational content for suppliers.
• Write and structure content optimized for organic search (SEO) and AI-driven answer engines (AEO).
• Partner with designers to create visual explainers, frameworks, diagrams, and multimedia resources.
• Collaborate with campaign strategists and product experts to extend the reach of content through marketing campaigns.
• Monitor search traffic, engagement, and reach to refine content structure and distribution strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated leadership skills (formal or informal).
• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or SEO-focused writing.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Experience simplifying technical topics and creating long-form instructional content.
• Must be based in the US or able to travel to the Rogers, AR office (up to 10%).
