Salary: $120,000–$160,000

What you will do
- Set the strategic direction for content marketing across PR, digital, social, and thought leadership channels.
- Lead and mentor a team of writers, editors, and digital content creators, including external agencies.
- Translate complex technology and market challenges into clear, engaging, and educational stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop full-funnel content aligned with demand generation goals.
- Maintain a comprehensive editorial calendar and ensure brand consistency across all visual and written expressions.
- Use performance data and metrics to assess and optimize content effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 10+ years of content marketing or marketing communications experience in B2B environments.
- 3–5+ years of proven experience managing high-performing content or creative teams.
- Strong editorial judgment and exceptional attention to detail regarding language precision and nuance.
- Experience with web-based storytelling, CMS platforms, and modern content generation technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a relevant discipline.
