What you will do

• Direct the full-lifecycle delivery of complex, capital-intensive IT network infrastructure initiatives.
• Oversee multi-site deployments involving long-haul microwave networks and common communications facilities.
• Execute multi-phased cutover strategies to minimize disruption to live operational environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including network engineers, field technicians, and third-party vendors.
• Provide operational mentorship and career development coaching to junior project managers.
• Ensure all configurations adhere to corporate security policies and regulatory compliance criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience managing complex IT network infrastructure projects.
• Advanced knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven expertise in microwave network transport solutions and multiplexing/routing platforms.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
