What you will do

• Own the pipeline number and drive new consumer brand logos through targeted marketing motions.
• Cultivate relationships with founders, investors, and trade communities in the CPG and DTC ecosystems.
• Partner closely with sales to align on account prioritization, follow-up cadences, and closing strategies.
• Host community-building events such as dinners and roundtables to connect founders.
• Develop vertical-specific content, playbooks, and thought leadership to support finance leaders.
• Run growth experiments across paid channels, ABM, and co-marketing partnerships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing, community, partnerships, or growth at a high-growth company.
• Proven track record of owning a pipeline number and driving business growth.
• Deep familiarity with the consumer brand, CPG, or DTC world and their financial pressures.
• Strong CRM hygiene with experience using Salesforce to track relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of managing founder-level interactions and writing high-impact briefs.
• High agency and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to form and execute a point of view.

• Experience as a consumer brand founder or operator.
• Previous experience at a platform serving the CPG or DTC ecosystem.
