What you will do

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for marketing operations to support scalable growth.
• Manage the marketing technology stack, including evaluation, selection, and implementation of new tools.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting on CLV, CAC, and ROI.
• Track and report on the entire GTM funnel, including volume, velocity, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and finance stakeholders to ensure data-driven cross-functional alignment.
• Design, document, and implement operational processes across the global marketing team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations.
• 3+ years of management experience with a strong leadership presence.
• Proven track record in designing innovative marketing technology stacks.
• Strong experience in operational strategy design and cross-functional change management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive consensus among stakeholders.
