TL;DR

Recruiting Operations Lead (AI): Building and scaling the operational backbone of the talent function with an accent on process design, data-driven insights, and system optimization. Focus on creating scalable workflows, driving recruiter enablement, and implementing advanced tooling to support rapid company growth in the AI infrastructure space.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco (Hybrid)

Salary: $130,000 – $165,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Design and document scalable hiring workflows from role kick-off to offer acceptance.
  • Define core recruiting metrics and build dashboards to provide visibility into hiring health.
  • Create training materials and calibration guides to ensure consistent interview quality.
  • Lead high-priority initiatives including candidate experience, referral programs, and DEI.
  • Evaluate and implement new recruiting technologies and AI-powered sourcing tools.
  • Partner with People, Finance, and BizTech teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent operations, or a related function.
  • Deep hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms, specifically Ashby.
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to write queries and build actionable reports.
  • Proven track record of building recruiting programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco.
